Immerse yourself in the rustic charm of our newly renovated cabin, thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials for a snug retreat or a convenient base to explore local wineries, hike scenic trails, and experience the enchanting Shenandoah Valley! We extend a warm welcome to you and your furry friend, embracing a dog-friendly policy with an additional fee of $50. The cabin exudes a blend of modernity and traditional allure, featuring captivating pine ceilings that retain the ambiance of a classic lodge. Ascend the spiral staircase to the loft, a bright haven ideal for reading or soaking in the surrounding beauty. The primary bedroom resides in the loft, complemented by a second bedroom on the main floor. Find convenience in the full and half baths on the main floor, and rest easy knowing the kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and spices, eliminating the need to pack the extras. A porch-mounted charcoal grill awaits, though we kindly ask you to bring your own charcoal. Accessible by a 3-mile gravel/dirt road, the journey to the cabin unveils a scenic adventure. While the road is maintained, we strongly recommend 4-wheel/all-wheel drive for the trek. In winter, all-wheel drive becomes a necessity for navigating potential inclement weather conditions.
