Our meticulously designed residence boasts a generously sized living room, a sunlit kitchen, three bedrooms (comprising a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds), and two bathrooms. Approach our property via the newly paved driveway and be welcomed by an inviting farmer's porch. The main floor encompasses the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath. Descend to the lower level to discover the master bedroom with a king bed, an additional bathroom, and a shower. This lower level provides direct access to the outdoors, while each room in the house is equipped with ceiling fans, ensuring a comfortably cool ambiance even during the warmer summer months. Our amenities include a charcoal grill, a Google Home for music streaming, high-speed wireless Internet throughout the entire house, a picnic table, and a convenient washer/dryer.
