Description
A place that feels like home
Welcome to Chiang Mai Treehouse, a charming family-owned resort nestled in a quaint village, approximately 70 km (1.5 hours drive) from the bustling city of Chiang Mai. Surrounded by the beauty of the teakwood forest, our treehouse haven is the brainchild of Mr. Bullsiri (Lee) Suwannachin, a retired architect who embarked on this unique project in 2010 as a family vacation home. The doors were opened to the public in 2012, and now we proudly offer 6 cottage treehouses and 2 family treehouses to warmly welcome guests from around the globe. Each of our distinctive treehouses is a testament to the passion and meticulous care invested in its design and construction. The village, with a population of 400 residents, is adorned with a Buddhist temple and a Christian church. The local primary school, accommodating grades 1-6, sees 5-10 students each year. Beyond the treehouse sanctuary, the village boasts captivating attractions such as a sunset viewpoint, A-frame waterfall, bat cave, hiking trail, and a swamp forest, among others. It's important to note that our enchanting treehouse retreat is not accessible by public transportation. Kindly reach out to us in advance to arrange shuttle services for a seamless arrival experience. We look forward to hosting you in our treehouse haven, where nature and tranquility embrace.
