A place that feels like home

Nestled between the Stratton and Mt. Snow ski areas, The Chal-A offers travelers an experience of both form and function in this thoughtfully designed A-frame. It sits quietly on 2 sprawling acres of land who owe their grandeur to the days of the old Henry Eddy Sugarhouse. It's located off a private gravel road with plenty of room for parking to the left of the A-frame. We've also collaborated with a number of artists who have generously contributed some of their work to be featured in our space. In the nature

Built in 2022, this well appointed 3-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, A-frame style house boasts a full kitchen, loft and living area that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Although completed in 2022, this project was years in the making. The lengthy process allowed them time to carefully curate every detail and fixture, creating a more meaningful space for their guests.
